is it possible to prevent many loggings on many computer from only one user?
...ho opened 12 computers, logged on those 12 computers and ran boinc-client on those 12 computers... I want to prevent this kind of behaviour... Thanks in advance. Problem with groups and user
...with himself has owner and 'root' has group. Usually, when user from blabla group makes a file. This file has this user has owner and blabla as a group. So it can be possible. %f bug in --out-format, patch for 2.6.9 ? (better mail formating)
Hello, I'm experiencing various output bugs using --out-format with %f in rsync 2.6.9 I test it with rsync 2.6.9-2 and 2.6.9-3 in debian etch, running both in deamon and client mode on the same host. Setting destination permissions while keeping real permissions in xattr
Hello, Is there any way with rsync to completely set file permissions on destination (like 0440 for files and 0550 for directory) while still memorizing real (source) permissions in extended attributes (with --perms and --fake-super) ? --chmod is of no help in this case. I've been using rsync for a long time but wasn't able to find a way to do this other than fixing permissions after
