Habituation model
...these questions are very simple and I am just missing something, suggestions about good texts or examples on R would be great. I am generating data with Scilab, I have a single matrix corresponding to each dog. But I can change it if needed. Do I have to refer to the first two models (Variance attributable to Day was a little higher for the Right) ? Dear all, I am looking at habituation of dogs trotting on a treadmill. Each record is made of 40 to 50 data for the same variable (for example Peak). I get each record at several minutes (1, 2 and 4) for each session. And I have 4 sessions of training (one session a week).
