Regression line w/ residuals - tuning the plot
...y I am not using the correct terminology (if I would have
known it, I could have looked in the help pages myself, thank you :),
but I hope that the attached files make more sense of what I am trying
to do.
Thanks in advance.
All the best,
Primoz

Substituting the extracted coefficients into the formula, exctracted from the result of nls()
...something along the
following lines:
f <- substitute(formula(yfit), as.list(coef(yfit)))
curve(f, ...)
However, this snippet of code doesn't work. Am I thinking into the
correct direction at all?
Thanks in advance.
All the best,
Primo?

Piecewise nls w/ boundary as a fitting parameter
...eal with such a case? Am I supposed to
somehow obtain the break point separately, and then fit only y0 and k?
What is the preferred method for obtaining break point (I am not even
sure if I am using this term correctly).
Thanks in advance,
Primo?

R-2.0.0 findVar and findFun question
...f_findVar return different pointers (and therefore different
function objects).
What has changed with these functions? Can you comment on my workaround
and suggest a better (proper?) way of doing this?
