Hello. I hope this is in the right place. I just built a new machine and installed Xubuntu and I'm still figuring things out. I'm interested in working with The Linux Frame Buffer. Many years ago, I started a project called ezfb and I would like to continue developing it on a machine capable of 4K. Is it possible to have a frame buffer that does 3840x2160 ? With nouveau installed as my video driver, I can get to a frame buffer console of 1920x1080, but I am limited to that resolution in Xfce as well. With a proprietar...
