EXT_texture_from_pixmap update
Patch for mesa with a set of updates for EXT_tfp. Includes necessary
FBConfig support, adds attrib_list to BindTexImage and fixes
CreateDrawable so that glXCreatePixmap works.
Xgl and compiz requires this patch.
Can I commit this to head?

Compilation failure as of 20060502
Hi,
The changes yesterday breaks compilation for me. I do have the latest
glproto (1.4.7) and mesa cvs (20050603, i.e. a couple of hours ago) and
xgl (20050603) have been recompiled after the updates.
