Samba 2.28a and NT ACL

Problem with VFS audit and recycle (fwd)
.../smbd: fatal:
_nss_files_netgroup_constr: can't find symbol
[2003/10/08 12:37:22, 0] smbd/vfs.c:vfs_init_custom(254)
Can't find a vfs module [recycle]
[2003/10/08 12:37:22, 0] smbd/vfs.c:smbd_vfs_init(317)
smbd_vfs_init: vfs_init_custom failed for recycle
Any ideas?

I'm having a problem with scp since I installed openssh 3.1p1.
Server: Openssh 3.1p1
Client: Openssh ANY_VERSION
$ scp -v -v -v -v -v -p -C user at machine1:/etc/passwd ./machine1.passwd
Executing: program /usr/bin/ssh host machine1, user user, command scp -v...
