[dovecot-2.2.18] dsync error: Error: Can't delete mailbox INBOX: INBOX can't be deleted. Problem with name of folders?
Hi All! I'm also hitted by this problem. I'm trying to migrate emails from very old dbmail to dovecot (maildir). I read old threads with similar problem but I found only such solutions: - upgrade to 2.2.13 - workarround : use imapsync - no solution I'd like to not use imapsync, have you got an idea what should I do to do migration successfully? dsync throws: doveadm(root): Debug:

dovecot 1.1alpha6 deliver+quota bugs
I was playing around with dovecot-1.1 and maildir++ quotas, and ran into a reproducible error with indexing. This only seems to be a problem for new maildirs. If I send a message without the quota plugin on, and "seed" the index/control files, future deliveries with the quota plugin seem to succeed without errors. Version: 1.1alpha6 OS: Debian etch/x86 (ext3 filesystem) #

Duplicate mails on pop3 expunge with dsync replication on 2.2.35 (2.2.33.2 works)
Hi, Has anyone any idea how to solve or further debug this issue? It seems indeed that it was introduced in 2.2.34 and is still there in 2.3.2.1. I found a couple of posts for this on the mailing list and elsewhere, but no solution: When a message is retrieved and immediately expunged, it gets replicated back from the other dsync node. This usually happens with POP3 but with IMAP as well,

Hi, FWIW this was also reported back in August[1] - experienced with 2.3.2.1 (not sure if earlier 2.3 releases were affected) and currently reproducible with latest 2.3.3 stable release. Hi Tim, > Do you have any new insights on the problem with reappearing mail using dovecot replication + pop3? > > It's driving me mad. I'm running dovecot 2.2.34 (874deae) on OpenBSD and it looks like I have the same problem as you have. unfortunately there has been no response, I'm stuck with 2.2.33.2 for the time being. I can only suspect it has something to do with

Hi Heinz, > now the join finished > > but ... i have a high CPU load caused by a samba-process. Samba is consuming 100% of one CPU and the replication fails. you have quite a few objects (>12000) in you main partition. Do you have a large group with all those objects inside? The commit of large group used to result in very very long commit time. There should have been some
