[Kerberos] Error at Handbook?
...t this field (assuming that noting should be prepended to the field if it doesn't end with a point). Thus I've got at KDC log: ----- 2005-06-10T23:57:07 Server not found in database: krbtgt/EXAMPLE.ORG.@EXAMPLE.ORG: No such entry in the database ---- (lookat the point before '@'). Everythig is fine when changing DNS TXT record to "EXAMPLE.ORG" (without a dot at the end). I'm going to file a DOC/PR, but what security guru can say on the matter? Am I missing smth? Everything but [Homes] works
I am migrating from my "old" 2.2.7 samba server to a newer server runnig 3.0.20a and everythig is working except the [homes] share. The server (FILE-CABINET) is a member of the domain, security is set to ADS and, as far as I can tell, kerberos is working. The program wbinfo returns a list of users and groups like it should. getent passwd returns first my local passwd file and then the list...

Introducing the Asterisk Realtime Architecture - ARA
I've added an introduction article about the ARA on my web site http://www.voip-forum.com/ The same text is now also added to CVS head as README.realtime. On the same site, you will also find the news item about how we used Asterisk for a call from an airline jet above Greenland to Stockholm, Sweden. The world is getting smaller and more connected every day! /Olle

Newbie - deployment, hosting
Hello, So, after learning ruby on rails and building a great app on my local machine, I need to find a host, deploy, and of course maintain a (staging and) production environment. This all seems very confusing, and I''d like to learn this in an organized manner, step by step: I''ve come across the names: Unicorn, nginx/apache, capistrano, Thin/mongrel, Engine Yard, EC2, etc.,

Marking packets by mac addr using tc filter u32 match?
Hi Is there a way of marking packets by mac address instead of ip or ports using a "tc filter u32 match"? I read somewhere that I could use the offset -8 and -14 to grab the mac addresses but if I use anything lower than -8, for example -9, I get an error. I''m modifying the wondershaper script to cap the download speed by mac address. Any sugestions?
