Asterisk IPv6 update - we need an update

Marc hasn't been able to spend time to keep it up to date with the everchanging trunk.

chan_capi-0.3.4a
Hallo, due to everchanging CVS,
chan_capi-0.3.4a doesn't compile anymore with new cvs
my solution was to chande chan_capi.c
the line 21 from
#include <asterisk/parking.h>
to
#include <asterisk/features.h>
now chan_capi compiles again.... and seems back on duty again.
