Standard errors of least squares adjusted means
...ncluding
"standard errors", "least square means", "adjusted means". I have found
how to extract the SE from coefficients (se.coef from package arm), or
the SE for contrasts (se.contrast from package stats), but not the SE
for an adjusted mean.

Companion to Multivariate Analysis". However, I am neither a
statistician nor a programmer so I am finding it hard to figure this
out. Can summary.manova be adapted to use covariates? What is the impact
of the unbalanced design? Can I adjust for multiple comparisons?
