SNOM loses server registration
Hello to all When my SNOM (300 or 320) loses Internet connectivity, it loses its Asterisk registration (ok, thats normal). But when the phone is back online, he doesn't try to register in Asterisk. I believe this happens to avoid flooding the private LANs when the Internet link is lost.... but the problem is that the phones don't try to re-register in the future.... Sometimes it stays

[PATCH] fix memory allocation from NUMA node for VT-d.
The memory relating guest domain should be allocated from NUMA node on which the guest runs. Because the latency of the same NUMA node is faster than that of a different one. This patch fixes memory allocation for Address Translation Structure of VT-d. VT-d uses two types of Structures for DMA address translation. The one is Device Assignment Structure. The other is Address Translation

[PATCH][RFC]Move PCI Configuration Spaces from Dom0 to Xen
Hi, Keir, This patch will move reading and writing of PCI configuration spaces from dom0 to Xen. It also changes VTD code, so that they can touch the PCI configuration spaces with proper lock. This will also benefit MSI support in Xen. Can you give some comments? Thanks! <<pci_conf_xen.patch>> Best Regards Haitao Shan _______________________________________________ Xen-devel

[PATCH 0/5] Add MSI support to XEN
Hi, Keir, These patches are rebased version of Yunhong''s original patches, which were sent out before XEN 3.2 was released. These patches enable MSI support and limited MSI-X support in XEN. Here is the original description of the patches from Yunhong''s mail. The basic idea including: 1) Keep vector global resource owned by xen, while split pirq into per-domain

[PATCH][VTD] pci mmcfg patch for x86-64 - version 2
Fixes made in version 2: 1) Use PML4[257] for ioremap of PCI mmcfg. As full 16-bit segment support would require 44-bits. Since each slot only has 39-bits, we support 2048 PCI segments for now. This can be easily expanded if deemed necessary in the future. 2) Integrated PCI mmcfg access with existing PCI config interface for x86_64. Use MMCFG interface if offset is greater than 256.

Rails 2.0 Preview Release and RSpec Trunk
Hi all, For those of you checking out the Rails 2.0 preview release: RSpec-1.0.8 does not support Rails 2.0. Unfortunately, we''re in the middle of some big changes to the internals in trunk and won''t be in a position to do a release for another week or so. Therefore, if you are using the Rails 2.0 preview, you''ll need to use the RSpec trunk. Additionally, right now

Lightbox-eske Dialogish Object
So, one of the things I''ve always wanted to do was expand upon the simplicity of the Lightbox Gone Wild! object that the coders at www.particletree.com put together months ago. I used it on an application I wrote to organize my own picture albums on my localhost web server, but I had to hack it apart to get it to do the things I wanted it to do. I looked at the Prototype Window

systemd: Failed unmounting /var on reboot, should I worry about fs corruption?
Hi all, I have Centos 8 installed on a physical machine (www6) with separate LVM volumes for /, /var, /var/lib/mysql etc. System boot proceeds without a hiccup, in terminal systemctl status says everything is OK and running, journalctl says so as well - systemd mounts everything stated in fstab. However, on reboot systemd echoes problems with filesystem on /var : ...// unmounting all volumes

[PATCH 0/5] VT-d support for PV guests
Hi, I''ve added some preliminary support for VT-d for paravirtualized guests. This must be enabled using an ''iommu_pv'' boot parameter (disabled by default). I''ve added some python bindigs to allow xend to assign PCI devices to IOMMU for PV guests. For HVM guests this is handled in ioemu. Not sure if it makes sense to handle both cases in one place. The

[PATCH 1/4] Various VT-d code cleanup
This patch maps RMRR in intel_iommu_add_device() if the device has RMRR; move domain_context_mapping() to be in front of list_move() in reassign_device_ownership(). Currently, hypervisor sets up devices and RMRR for dom0, and dom0 also adds devices for itself via hypercall. This is obviously duplicate. In order to allow old dom0 kernels to work with iommu-capable platforms, maybe it cannot be
