Printing to NT: problem with smbprint
Hi,
Maybe someone can help me. I am running FreeBSD 3.2 with
Samba 2.0.4b and NT Server 4.0 with SP3 and I added the BSD
machine to its server list. My printer is setup on my NT for print

smbclient ( ./smbclient \\\\ESAU\\EPSON -U login%password) I
am able to successfully access it and even print. However, when I
use the smbprint I alway get a file not found error. Here is what I

Building custom installation media
Hi,
I'm looking for "the best" way to do a custom installation from CD/DVD
media.
My company sells hardware appliances with our software pre-loaded. Doing so
requires that we ship an ISO installation media to the hardware manufacturer
who installs it onto the boxes, then ships them out.
We're currently using a solution that will no longer work for us going

Multi-line comments in R

multi-line comments in R. I feel there are several argument to be made for
why the R language should have multi-line comments.
1. Many programming languages (including some which are commonly used for
statistics, such as python, matlab and SAS) have this feature.
2. Convenience - some editors may not support commenting out a
