Enterqueue event not generated when cfu internal
Hi all
Using asterisk 16.25.0 (I know it's a bit old)
I'm trying to parse the realtime queue_log and I realized that not every call
has a ENTERQUEUE event.
I see that if there's an internal call to an extension that has a dialplan
forward to a queue (no call is placed to the extension before calling the
queue), the ENTERQUEUE event is not generated in the queue_log
For calls from the pstn the event exists.

Queue Log
Hello everyone,
This is is my first email to this group.
I'm am writing a small php program to pull some info out of our
Asterisk's queue_log. I'm having trouble figuring out what some of the
parameters mean.
Here's an example:
1118098465|1118098465.47|salesq|NONE|ENTERQUEUE||"Ray Balbin 25"
<(716)250-3405>
I found a doc that tells me about everything from "ENTERQUEUE" and on
but nothing on the 4 fields before it.
Can anyone she some light on this ?

Queue_log all calls marked ABANDONED?
I went to run my queue_log parser so that I could send out a monthly
report to one of my customers, and I noticed that every valid call
complete action (COMPLETEAGENT, COMPLETECALLER) is followed by an
ABANDON:

...I have some doubts about it that maybe you could help (actually, maybe these doubts are suggestions for enhancements!):
1st Scenario - Agent receives the call, and puts it on parking for somebody else to pick it up.

Missing TRANSFER event in queue log when using Local Channels

Queue reporting seems broken.
I am trying to figure out which one of our agents is answering the calls.
According to http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+log+queue_log the
only time the queue_log puts the channel (agent) is during logoff & logon.
There is the connect & completeagent message, but it doesn't show which
channel (agent) answered the phone.
I can't even figure it our cross referencing the

estimated queue hold time
Hello list,
I'm looking for a way to have the estimated hold time on a queue prior to
joining it.
someone suggested to me to Queue() first for 1 sec, read
variable QUEUEHOLDTIME, validade it and Queue() again.
But as we're using real time configuration that would mean a event
ENTERQUEUE and a LEAVEQUEUE too much in MySQL's queue_log
any suggestions??

${UNIQUEID} variable and queue log issues on 1.4.22
...anyone know why the ${UNIQUEID} variable is not updated on the
masquerading process while ${CDR(uniqueid)} is? Is this a bug or is a
correct behavior?
I faced another issue too, when the answered call gets queued, the queue
log results in this:

Asterisk 1.6 Transfer issue[Edited]
...6.0 with static agents (sip softphones with extns 100 & 101
) in a queue..When a caller arrives in queue , it lands on first 100 , 100
then does a blind transfer to 101 .. so that the caller can converse with
101 .. strangely enough the queue_log shows :

Understanding queue timeouts + possible bug found
..., I came across a strange bug: imageine you have three
callback agents defined, but the terminal for one of them is unavailable.
In my example they are 101, 102 and 103, where 103 is unavailable. The
strategy is roundrobin. Have a look at what happens:

AGENTDUMP lines in queue.log????
Hi all,
I noticed that in queue.log I keep getting lines with AGENTDUMP like
this one
"1202044353|1202044326.152|AccountingQueue|Agent/1001|AGENTDUMP|"
I cannot find any other lines in the file regarding this call id, no
ENTERQUEUE or anything else. I just have this line with AGENTDUMP. Has
someone had the same problem? Why do I get these lines?
A small note: I have endcall=no in agents.conf so it cant be that the agent
is dropping the call. I have tried it and pressing * does not disconnect the
call.

Setting Caller ID for attended transfer

What I want to do is to overwrite the CallerID of the call entering the
Queue to add the Callerid number of the original call to the agent's number
and get it at the ENTERQUEUE event of the queue_log.
I've tried with inheritance but since a second independent line was open
there are no relation between channels to pass variables values.
I think two alternatives could help:
1. If there exits any way to obtain variables from another channel, in

queue log vs. cdr
Hi,
Surely, I must be overlooking something. If I run the
following SQL queries I don't get the same number of
rows. Is this coherent?
mysql> select * from queue_log where queuename =
'4010' and FROM_UNIXTIME(time) between 20080308000000
and 20080313145900 group by callid;

Channel name in queue log replaced by a manager event?

down - I can't reproduce it on demand, and replicating the conditions under
which I've observed it requires four PRIs worth of traffic.
It does seem that once a given call has it's channel name pointer corrupted,
it remains corrupted until the end of the call - I've never seen a
ENTERQUEUE with a proper channel name followed by a corrupted CONNECT then a
good COMPLETECALLER. So far, the corruption has first appeared when the
CONNECT event is logged.
Any thoughts, or should I just replicate what I've got into the bugtracker?

queue_log wrong?
Well, I'm writing yet another queue_log analyser program in PHP, and I
have noticed the following entry in my queue_log file from today:
1104796626|1104796618.532|queue|NONE|ENTERQUEUE||no
1104796664|1104796618.532|queue|NONE|EXITWITHTIMEOUT|1
So, pretty sure that I didn't make someone wait 30 minutes in my queue.
