quwstion about elrm package for Exact Logistic Regrassion
Hi
I am a new R user and I did try elrm package to do Exact Logistic
regression for my dataset ( about 170 patients with a binary dependent
variable against age and 6 other binary covariates), I did not have n column
because it was about individuals, I made n column with 1 for each
individual, here is my code and result:

exact logistic regression
Hello to R people
Does anybody know to calculate exact logistic regression in R?
Does such option exist anywhere?
Surprisingly, could not find it using search engine. It is hard to
believe, however, that such useful function is not implemented in R yet?
Could you help, please
Thank you

Markov chain transition model, data replication project
...models
based on whether prior intent was to vote or not to vote. The details don't
really matter.
Mostly I am curious how to run a Markov chain transition model in R,
estimating different coefficients for two prior conditions. I have tried
installing and running numerous packages, including elrm and MCMC, but I
don't think this calls for Monte Carlo simulation. (The transition matrix
in this case, after all, would be only 2 x 2, and the models are pretty
simple). If someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly
appreciate it....

clogit and small sample sizes: what to do?

-----old post 2002 end------------
At that time, the answers were not too encouraging. Anyway, I might have
the very same query 2008.
Ok, I tried to do some homework and started to look for packages maybe
implementing different methods. I did run across 'elrm' (Zamar, D.,
McNeney, B. & Graham, J., 2007), but I am unsure whether this package is
appropriate for my original 1:3 matched design.

So my questions to you are:
1) Is the problem I describe above likely related to small sample...
