Ajax - preloading images
I could experiment to figure this out, but maybe the work has been done so

Using Ajax, if I wanted to preload several (20) small (<1K) images, behind
the scenes... would I...
1 - Queue the loading of the images with Ajax one at a time,
asynchronously, and ignore the completion results. Would this result in the

Content Rotate, unwanted flashing on IE.
...ows I am getting
a slight flash prior to transition.
I was wondering if a effects guru could take a quick look and see if
anything jumps out. I can live with the flash for my current project but
it would be great if I could get rid of it.
The source code is freely available at:

and is not licensed (public domain). Anybody can feel free to use it if
they want.
