AutoTest / Rspec - "stack level too deep"
Hello, I''m running AutoTest with Rspec on a Rails application. Every 20 or so runs I get "stack level too deep" on one particular controller stub. Ex. controller.stub!(:login).and_return(true) This particular line is in a before block of a certain describe block. The strange thing is, every single spec in this file fails on that one line, even the specs in other describe

paypal vs vpaypal
Has anyone used the vpaypal gem yet (http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=1372&release_id=4452) and if so, how does it compare to the paypal plugin from ELC (http://elctech.com/products_ruby_paypal.shtml)? ELC''s is at 1.4 now while vpaypal is at 0.0.1 and hasn''t had much activity at rubyforge. I''m hoping for some success stories from people on one or both of those plugins. -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

ruby 1.9.2 rpms for testing
Hello... I noticed from the list that puppet is not ready for ruby 1.9.2 yet. I''m working at a ruby shop so I gave a shot at building ruby 1.9.2 rpms with supporting gems for RHEL/CentOS. I have ruby-1.9.2 rpms that replace the vendor rpms and ruby192 rpms that install in parallel with the vendor rpms. Is anyone interested in using these rpms to get puppet working with 1.9.2 and/or

Autotest with RSpec Rails and Engines
Hi We have a Rails project using an engine which I want to run autotest with rspec against. So the project specific specs are in the specs directory but the common specs are in the specs directory of the engine plugin (e.g. vendor/plugin/engine/specs) Just wondering where I would be looking to change configuration so that autotest will also look for the specs in the engine directory?
