Frottle + Bridge + IMQ
...wired LAN) are put in a bridge, which altogether makes the whole LAN a flat one. Now about IMQ - there are users on the wireless and on the wired LAN that share a common internet connection. To be able to serve them in a predetermined, controlled fashion I want to put all traffic that goes out of eighter LAN NIC into IMQ device and impose QoS policy on top of it. This will allow to use in the most efficient manner all available WAN bandwidth. Is there any patch for 2.4.x kernel that allows multiple (cascading) queuing ? Is this limitation exists in 2.6 kernel ? Thanks M. Stavrev P.S. I know I ca...

Call back when no longer busy
Hello, I'm trying to implement a function available on the PSTN net here, if you dial a number which is busy and you press 5, you will be called back when the busy party hangs up. Figuring out if a SIP user is busy isn't to hard, ${DIALSTATUS} produces a BUSY message, however, how can I implement the call back? IE, I dial to extension 712, but that extension is busy, I dial 5 and

If this is correct, the only thing i need is the libvorbis documentation, but i could'nt find this eighter. Can someone provide an URL for the libvorbis docs? with best regards Christian Edelmann

Boxplot position on X-axis relative to it's value
Dear R-Experts. I collected different datas about Nitrogen content (mg/ml) in Dung. The dung was eighter fresh (day=0) or had different ages (15,29,47) to observe nutrient changes over time. Now I like to draw a boxplot. boxplot(nmgml~day) abline((nmgml~day) The Problem is, that the boxplot considers the day values as groups and not as time series (neighter when the days are numeric or factors). Rights issue on GPO
...h help of the local idmap.ldb so this will assign the correct acl's for the "Well known security principal groups" as well because the sid->gid/uid mappings stored in the local idmap.ldb are now used. This does also work if winbind is/was used instead of winbindd. To get rid of eighter syncing idmap.ldb or running "samba-tool ntacl sysvolreset" on each dc after rsync, the "Well known security principal groups" must resolve to names like the BUILTIN groups. I filed an enhancement request for that https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11997. Hope that...

How do i switch off error wrapping for a specific field?
...terpreter run). Consider the case where i use another proc for my fields but the above version of the proc for my form - the above version would change the behaviour of all following fields. Another version would be to redefine InstanceTag.error_wrapping to be empty with the same method (not nice, eighter - same Argument). Is there a nice way to have InstanceTags ignore errors (like :ignore_errors => true) so that i can implement them myself (a trivial problem inside a FormBuilder). I searched the code, but I find no convinient way. Any hints would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance Florian...

hard links on a samba share from a samba client
...nt -o username=dcoletti, password=XXXXXX,uid=dcoletti At the server (and client) I set "unix extensions = yes" (eventhought is the default value) and I also tried "fstype = Samba". I also tried to do the same thing against an Windows NT with a NTFS filesystem (it didn't work eighter), that *doesn't* work at all, does it? Any ideas on how to get hard links to work in a samba<->samba environment? thanks, daniel// (here's my smb.conf) [global] workgroup = MC_CAW netbios name = LinuxPrueba os level = 2 encrypt passwords = Yes...

disable TCP slowstart ?
...ions where the environment is sane. I have tryed to tune initial window size via /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_congestion_control tryed already bic, highspeed and vegas. Some will increase the window size faster, but all start with same low window size. So i''m asking if there is a other way to eighter disable TCP slowstart completely or at least increase the inital window size. Thanks for any help, hint in the right direction. I know, this will only improve miliseconds per transfer, but it''s worth a try. regards, Paul
