Hello. These patches add a new mode of operation for the sftp server. It is located between the ordinary, unrestricted mode and read-only mode. It allows you to add files to the server, but only if these files do not exist on the server before. Changes to existing files - are prohibited. I would guess that assigning any free address, or telling qemu to plug the bt device into a controller that libvirt creates, might work, but I cant find anything in the documentation for qemu that would assign an address via command line.
