I got the link cran.nexr.com from a person who claimed that it is the
home of R-project, and indeed, it looks right.
But it doesn't feel right, so I wonder what is going on. Is it someone's
mirror (authorized) of R-project?

Sorry about that, but my real question was (see below): "Is the problem
that openblas uses C versions of blas?" That is, do I need to change
