submitting R scripts with command_line_arguments to PBS HPC clusters
Dear all,
please could you advise me on the following : I've written a R script that
reads 3 arguments from the command line, i.e. :
" args <- commandArgs(TRUE)
TUMOR <- args[1]
GERMLINE <- args[2]
CHR <- args[3] ".
when I submit the R script to a PBS HPC scheduler, I do the following
(below), but ... I am getting an error message.

[PATCH 3/5] vhost: Make vhost a separate module
Currently, vhost-net is the only consumer of vhost infrastructure. So
vhost infrastructure and vhost-net driver are in a single module.
Separating this as a vhost.ko module and a vhost-net.ko module makes it
is easier to share code with other vhost drivers, e.g. vhost-blk.ko,
tcm-vhost.ko.

submitting R scripts with command_line_arguments to PBS HPC clusters
This sounds like an operating system specific question, in that "submit the R script to a PBS HPC scheduler" would be the kind of action that would run R with very different environment variables and possibly different access credentials than your usual interactive terminal. A thorough reading of the "Installation and Administration Guide" and some study of your HPC

submitting R scripts with command_line_arguments to PBS HPC clusters
Hi,
The problem is most likely, you need to call a R CMD BATCH with your arguments and the R-script inside of a shell script that you submit to your qsub.
Unfortunately we don't use qsub anymore so can't test it, but it should be as follows:
R-script eg. test.R:

Tax Preparation with WINE
As approximately 130 million other US citizens, I am dutifully preparing for the April deadline for filing my income tax returns. Reviewing the WINE AppDB for installable tax software to help out in the process, it appeared that 2nd Story Software's TAX ACT was most likely to work with the WINE version (1.1.17) installed on my Mandriva-equipped HP laptop. As it turned out, TAX ACT was able

[PATCH RESEND 0/5] Add vhost-blk support
Hi folks,
[I am resending to fix the broken thread in the previous one.]
This patchset adds vhost-blk support. vhost-blk is a in kernel virito-blk

Class using if/else w/ multiple if conditions
I created a custom fact that determines what class of server it is based
off the first 3 letters of the hostname: tst, qa, stg, prd, dev.... The
fact tested fine and shows in the list when running "facter -p". I wanted
to use the fact in a class to determine if zabbix-agent should be removed
or installed. I want to remove from servers that currently have zabbix

[LLVMdev] Compile a linux kernel with LLVM?
Hi,
I want to check some properties of linux kernel with llvm, but I don't know how to compile a
linux kernel to an llvm's .bc file. I have let llvm's gcc front-end ignore inline assembly by
modifying cfrontend/src/gcc/llvm-expand.c, and replace CC/as/ar in the Makefile of the kernel
with llvm-gcc/llvm-as/llvm-ar. However, the linux's "make" reports errors:

[LLVMdev] Documentation error in http://llvm.org/docs/LinkTimeOptimization.html

In the gray block below "Example of link time optimization" there are

$ llvm-gcc4 -c main.c -o main.o
$ llvm-gcc4 a.o main.o -o main
