OS X 10.6 Server - Dovecot Issue
I've just taken over support for an OS X Server (v10.6.8) box, and am a bit new at Postfix & Dovecot. We're having an problem where, intermittently, dovecot seems to be bouncing messages inbound for some of my existing users. Here is the mail.log entry for a successful delivery: Aug 21 16:58:45 mail postfix/pipe[64094]: D68783AE0F75: to=<sblondin at eem.ca>, relay=dovecot, delay=0.08, delays=0/0.01/0/0.07, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered via dov...

access the se of a forecast
Hi everybody, I am currently trying to forecast some double seasonal time series by using the function dshw. I want to access the standard errors to build the confident interval for my forecast. I am using to following code : fit<-dshw(eem,period1=7,period2=48,h=48) then by using summary(fit), I see that my se are contained in the vector : $s20 but when I call fit$s20, I get NULL. I don't understand why this happens. How should I proceed to get these se? By advance, thank you very much for your help! -- View this message in c...

Fuction Error
...t works great until I introduce this index symbol from yahoo '^GSPC'. When and index symbol is introduced I get and error which is below. > Data <- symbolFrame(symbols) Error in get(S) : object '^GSPC' not found Since R does not like the ^ in front of a name it would seem that my function needs away around the ^ in the symbol list. When I call this function below it would be fine if you drop the ^. So R just calls the data fine and drops that one "^". > head(GSPC) GSPC.Open GSPC.High GSPC.Low GSPC.Close GSPC.Volume GSPC.Adjusted 20...

Is GCC 2.95.2 also unusable?
Does anyone know if GCC 2.95.2 compiles a broken oggenc? My .ogg files sound like they're being played by a CD player stuck on fast- forward. . . . And I wonder what the solution is. About lossless and point stereo
...oes the decoder know to swap them back when uncoupling? Secondly, I dont quite get how we can uncouple losslessly if that last if statement were true. That is: if (*qB > fabs(*qA) * 1.9999f) { *qB = -fabs(*qA) * 2.f; *qA = -*qA; } I used some test cases of qA and qB but it seems the uncoupling routine in mapping0.c can't get the original A/B back. Also, I seem to get the feeling that stereo coupling is rather messy in Vorbis 1.0. My second question is about point stereo. From my understanding, in Vorbis 1.0, at medium to low quality levels, we use a mix of loss...

Compile errors
Hi, while trying to compile icecast, I got a lot of errors while trying to compile avl.c, I've attached a file with the compile errors. Any ideas as to what might be wrong? My distro is Redhat 7.2 fully up2date. <p>Cheers! -------------- next part -------------- In file included from ../thread/thread.h:25, from avl.c:35: /usr/include/pthread.h:163: parse error before

Printing Issues with NT type Clients.
Hi. To begin with, I have a freshly built RedHat Linux 8.0 box running samba 2.2.8a. The kernel version is 2.4.18-14. I downloaded and compiled samba from source. I am using LPRng-3.8.9-6 as my printing system. The attached printer is a Lexmark Z22 printer and it is attached to the parralel port. Problem: For the life of me, I can't get NT type clients, NT4, 2K and XP to print to samba.
