LSUB/SUBSCRIBE under namespaces
...-say it's configured to use plain old
'mail' as the root directory--LSUB and SUBSCRIBE work as I'd expect.
Subscribing to a folder called 'foo' puts this in the user's subscriptions
file:
mail/foo
