ISDN Data Calls stop working ?
...elp from Peter Svensson, I got ISDN Data-calls up and
running (will probably send a small patch to Mantis soon).
But now when everything seems connected, pppd has been authorized by
other peer and even got an IP address, the whole connection seems to

all TCP/IP-traffic as well.
It takes between 0-2 minutes till the connection breaks.
I've setup 'lcp-echo-interval 30' and 'lcp-echo-failure 4' (something
like that). And it could reply to 1-2 EchoReq's sometimes, sometimes none.

FreeBSD DDoS protection
Hi,
I have a router running BGP and OSPF (bird) on FreeBSD.
Are there any best practises one can take in order to protect the network from DDoS attacks.
I know this isn't easy. But I would like to secure my network as much as possible.
Even if I'am not able to prevent or block a ddos I would like to get some info (snmp trap parhaps) regarding the attack.
Then I can contact my ISP or
