Classification error rate increased by bagging - any ideas?
...s (about 25%).
My instinct is to go for the bagging results, as they seem more reasonable,
but my colleagues really like the lower overall error rate. Any thoughts?

Predicting classification error from rpart
...,
and I have no idea what 'rel error' is. the tree library does produce
a simple estimate of misclassification, but rpart doesn't seem to.
Any ideas?
