caching custom headers (via plugins)
...aches on disk some most common headers. Is it possible to
tweak such headers list via plugins, eg to cache custom X-* headers, or do
I need to hack the actual index/cache src? if so, which are the .c/.h files
to touch?

mail-sql.tar.gz: missing mailbox-list-private.h
...: field `module_ctx' has incomplete type

there's no such mailbox-list-private.h in the whole src tree, though seems it
should be in the sql-plugin tarball.
Is it in 1.1?

*notify config for 1.0.x doesn't enable inotify
...evert back to linux/inotify.h, or add
#include <sys/inotify-syscalls.h>
to both configure.in and src/lib/ioloop-notify-inotify.c
Or, just symlink sys/inotify.h -> linux/inotify.h.
That's on Debian 3.1 (Sarge).
