which Latitude? they've probably made 100 different laptops over the
last couple decades branded 'Latitude'.
I bet my wife's new Latitude 15 5000 would be problematic, it uses USB
C/Thunderport for its docking station which has 2 additional video
adapters in it. She's even having some issues

No other stack is loaded, only the UNDI driver from the BIOS. I've tried it
with a VMWare Workstation machine (intel e1000 virtual interface), a Lenovo
ThinkPad T510 and a Dell Latitude E6530.

Upgrade to CentOS 6.5 -> issue with Broadcom Wifi
Hello there!
I was running CentOS 6.4 system on my Dell Latitude E6530 flawlessly,
until I upgraded to CentOS 6.5.
Now the wifi doesn't show up (it's a Broadcom Wifi BT4313, 14e4:4727), I
tried to follow the steps from http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Laptops/Wireless/Broadcom
but when attempting to compile the Broadcom driver module, the make
command fails in a...

D series are 10 years or more old. ancient in laptop terms. I had a
D600 for a long time (new in 2003).
The E6x00, '10, '20, and '30 are also fairly old (2008, 2010, 2011, and
2012, respectively).
The current models branded like Latitude 15 5000, 14 7000, etc,...

D800 series (810, etc.), E6500 series (E6500, E6530, etc.), at least.
Depends also of what you get inside, controller chips, video.. Globally
everything will work according to my experience.
Regards,

Ok. Is there any scenario for which you'd expect this to work? Anything
to test that your expected behavior is observed? Should using option 67
work like this? Would it work with option 209("-c")? Have you tried
undionly.kkpxe or undionly.kkkpxe?
Obviously once gPXE/iPXE does...

pxechn.c32: passing options to iPXE
In PXELinux 4.06 (the vanilla version, not gpxelinux.0), I'm trying to use
pxechn.c32 to call iPXE (undionly) with option 67 set to call an iPXE
script.
The relevant portion of my PXELinux config looks like this:
LABEL MDT
MENU LABEL ^B - MDT 2012 SP1
com32 pxechn.c32
APPEND undionly.kpxe -o 67.s=ipxe/mdt.ipxe
However iPXE doesn't seem to get the option correctly, it goes into

which kernel do people use?
Hi all,
I'm doing a very informal and unscientific poll: which kernel do you use
on your CentOS machines? Not which version of the CentOS kernel, but
which repository. Here are some examples I can think of off the top of
my head:
==CentOS stock
==build own from CentOS SRPMs
==kernel-ml (from ELRepo)
==kernel-lt (from ELRepo)
==OpenVZ kernel
==build own from kernel.org
==other?
