Difficulty in caper: Error in phy$node.label[which(newNb > 0) - Ntip]
...xed with negative subscripts"
My full script is provided at the bottom.
I have looked at the caper manual by David Orme to understand how
comparative.data() constructs the dataset, but still cannot interpret
the error. Many thanks to anyone who could provide me with insight.

Error PXE-T01: File not found
Hi, everybody!
Problem in "tftp:(ack) Connection refused" was resolved with physically
turning on client PC to the server's subnet (4th).
Now I try to do remote booting, but after DHCP-request (it's
successfull) I get the error "PXE-T01: File not found, PXE-E3B: TFTP
Error - File Not found, PXE-M0F: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM.
I followed
http://docs.sun.com/source/817-5625-10/Linux_Troubleshooting.html
instructions but everything suits to its requirements at my end.
At server: tail -f /var/log/messages:

Is this behaviour expected? Or is the coding off? I could find no reference to this
problem in the archives here, nor at S-news.
Cheers,
Joe

problem with logistic regression
Hi,
we try to do a logistic regression with the function glm.
But we notice that this function don't give the same results as the SAS proc
catmod (differents estimate given).
We try to change the contrast on R system with:
> options(contrasts=c(unordered="contr.SAS",ordered="contr.poly"))
We also try with brlr and logistf functions.
Unfortunately, the estimate
