New CentOS 5 repo: dahdi, asterisk, freepbx RPMs
Dear list,
I've set up an RPM repository with several asterisk-related RPMs that I
think contain some improvements upon what are already out there. The
first goal is to be able to build an Asterisk + FreePBX system on CentOS
5 with the EPEL repo enabled; in our environment, where all our systems
are under configuration management, either an appliance-type solution or

I found an page on the wiki that suggested commenting the "ifeq ($(DYNFS),)
else end if" block in Makefile. I made the changes recompiled without errors
but still same error running ztcfg and starting asterisk.
Any suggestions?

TDM400P install on Debian 2.6.10
I just installed a new TDM400P with one FXO interface
in slot 4 (how it came from Digium). This box is
running Debian with a 2.6.10-rc2-mm3 kernel. After
the make linux26 and make install in /usr/local/src/zaptel,
I can see contents in /dev/zap but any attemp to
touch for example /dev/zap/ctl gets a no such
device or address ...
Any suggestions?

modprobe wcfxo causes fc3 box to crash
...dev/rules.d/60-zaptel.rules' at line 6 applied, '

Dec 10 17:24:33 conference udev[4665]: creating device node '/dev/zap/1'
After each reboot /dev/zap disappears due to udev dynamic nature I
guess.
I tried to build zaptel commenting out
ifeq ($(DYNFS),)
else
@echo "**** Dynamic filesystem detected -- not creating device
nodes"
@echo "**** If you are running udev, read README.udev"
endif
I see the devices created and can load wcfxpro but server crushes within
less than a minute nevertheless

Problems with dynamic zones
...his message. I''m trying to simplify
this as much as possible to get problem clear.
Problem is:
Zones:
vpn
wlan
net
Interfaces:
net eth0
wlan eth1
Policies:
vpn all REJECT
net all DROP
wlan all REJECT
all wlan REJECT
all all REJECT
shorewall add eth0:10.10.0.0/24 vpn
produces:
- -A eth1_dynf -d 10.10.0.0/255.255.255.0 -o eth0 -j wlan2all
and then I add another host to vpn zone
shorewall add eth1:192.0.2.1 vpn
Which will generate this ruleset after previous one.
- -A eth1_dynf -s 192.0.2.1 -d 10.10.0.0/255.255.255.0 -o eth0 -j vpn2vpn
- -A eth1_dynf -s 192.0.2.1 -o eth1 -j vpn2dmz
