Hello All, I was just after a few pointers. I have just setup my Redhat 9 linux box with asterisk. Internal SIP call working fine. My Eicon ISDN card turned up today so - plugged it in and went through the modem.conf. It reports unable to open /dev/ttyI0 The problem is I have never used ISDN with Linux - let alone a telephony app - and I have no idea even where to start. Some pointers

Hi all I've only been working with Asterisk for a matter of days but have already grown into a big fan =) Much as I've managed to get internal calling working fine, I have a configuration running on an old PII-233 on RH9 with a (although not badged as is a) Dynalink IS64PH/Winbond W6692 PCI Card as /dev/ttyI0. The card works fine in minitel and dials out without a problem.. Hi, Anybody have lots of experience with PCI ISDN cards and Asterisk? I'm thinking of getting a BRI in my house to deliver more advanced signaling to my PBX (yes, I'm a geek :-)) but I've never played with isdn4linux. Hi, I'm trying to compile asterisk-oh323-0.7.1 in FreeBSD 5.3. I tried to use gmake but it exits with too many errors. Did somebody compile before oh323 in FreeBSD? How should I compile it under FreeBSD? thanks, Ganbold
