dymanic changes for model name
Hello,
I have a question. But first take a look on this code:
<p>
<b>Attachments</b>
<%= view_attachments_field(Garage.find(@partial_object_id), {}) %>
</p>
This code loading images for model Garage in my view by id. This is a
partial. And i used it in several places but for different models :City,
Shop, House....
I just don''t want to write code by

Centos 6 - disabling IPv6 addressing
I have just moved a host from a network that supports static IPv4 and
IPv6. The IPv4 addr is set in ifcfg-eth0, and the IPv6 via RA (I set
the MAC so I get an IPv6 addr that I like).
I just moved the host to a network that supports static IPv4, but only
dymanic IPv6, so at this time (until I get static IPv6), I need to
disable the global IPv6 addressing. So in the ifcfg-eth0 file I set:
IPV6INIT="no"
But I am still getting a global IPv6 (and of course local scope).
What else do I need to do to disable the listening for RA announcements

bunch of SIP phones attached. All 3 systems are running latest CVS (ok -
might be a day or two old) on Linux 2.6.6 with the patched ztdummy timing
device (based on Linux 2.6 kernel timers). Since only one of the asterisk
servers are on a known IP, the two systems on dymanic IP registers at the
one in Europe.
Ok - that was the setup - here's the problem. SIP device on dynamic
asterisk A calls SIP device on dynamic asterisk B. The call obviously is
routed through the asterisk with fixed IP. After the call has been picked
up - asterisk attempts a transfer. The p...

...That should have excluded pj from the options. Which of course means
there were no reasonable options.
Can ari get around that bug?
Lack of full support for traversing nat makes pjsip worthless for a
large number of users. And the whole point of realtime is to have all
of the rt config fully dymanic.
If ari cannot avoid that limitation, chan_sip should get full ongoing
maintainance until pjsip is fixed.

RPC Error with PC Netlink
...duced a lot of errors about "transport endpoint is not
connected." As far as I can tell, PCNL only used NBT (netbios over
tcp/ip) and netbios-free CIFS-over-tcp/ip.
The samba machines and all windows machines are configured to use the
PCNL servers for WINS servers. The wins server have dymanic entries
for the Samba domain and PDC. I have also forced a replication
between the WINS servers to make sure they are consistent.
Any advice?
Thanks

Book Recommendation for fast drop into webdesign
...me web design quite a while ago and now i have some time to get
back into it but i want it as fast as possible and what i''m really
lacking is some good resource how to restart.
it''s like that i need the general html design patterns plus css in an
accesible way.
then i want to go dymanic with ruby on rails.
i couldn''t find any book that is not mainly html for beginners or just a
reference or creating some very particular design but one that talks
about how various often encountered design solutions are usually done
today. it maybe would be a lot on css but i don''...

So once a transport is pulled from the transports table in realtime during
asterisk startup it can't get any updates?
Can a new transport be added to the table and the associated endpoints be
updated to use the new transport, or are transport types only read at
startup across the board?
Thanks

My name is Antonio Olinto. I'm a marine biologist and I work at Sao Paulo

I'm using R in many things related to fish dymanics (linear and non-linear
model adjustment, statistical tests and descriptive stat. ), fishing effort
standardization (glm), etc.
Why to use it? It's a freeware and it's mailing list is too much better than
any technical support. The way it works helps a non-statistician to
understand better...

ZFS bechmarks w/8 disk raid - Quirky results, any thoughts?
Hi All,
I''ve just built an 8 disk zfs storage box, and I''m in the testing phase before I put it into production. I''ve run into some unusual results, and I was hoping the community could offer some suggestions. I''ve bascially made the switch to Solaris on the promises of ZFS alone (yes I''m that excited about it!), so naturally I''m looking
