I am writing a tool that gives information on movie files (http://avicodec.duby.info/) and I want to add ogg support. I have found full of information on ogg file format, vorbis file format, but nothing on the "video" bitstreams that I can found in some ogg files (with XVID movies mixed with vorbis audio for example). I can see that the "video" structe looks like this, but

monitiring cpu usage via cgroup
...ia top utility) , so it seems that the quota set via the group does not take effect although I restart the cgconfig service . I also verified libcgroup is installed by: rpm -q libcgroup Am I missing something or top is not the right utility to watch the cpu usage in this case ? thanks Zvi Dubitzky Email:dubi at il.ibm.com

...uot; In the past (before upgrading of libvirt via rpm) I had the SASL authentication done automatically without prompting the user at runtime (virsh qemu+tcp:///system <command> ) and without need to configure that. Don't know how to restore it . kqemu
...as root: mount -o remount,size=515m /dev/shm Or disable the accelerator module with -no-kqemu after we do the mount we can create the VM . Does that mean that kvm is not active because it seems that kqemu is an old way to do the duties of kvm e.g supply memory to VMs via /dev/shm thanks Zvi Dubitzky Email:dubi at il.ibm.com IBM Haifa Research Laboratory Phone: +972-4-8296182 Haifa, 31905, ISRAEL

using more than 1 core by a virtual machine
...e the VM running reports (cat /roc/cpuinfo) that it has 2 vcpus but it uses only 1 core (at a time) because the 'top' at the host shows 100%cpu (out of total 200%) used by the endless loop application Also virsh vcpuinfo <vm> shows only 1 CPU and 1 vcpu any idea ? thanks Zvi Dubitzky Email:dubi at il.ibm.com
