Sip and dual homed box

If I set bindaddr=192.168.1.xxx all is ok, but obviously can't
register/call from outside.
Or if the default route isn't set or is a local ip, like 192.168.1.1,
all is ok for local phones... but from outside we can't get in, of
course.
So seems that with dualhomed setup, and binding sip to all interfaces,
it works only on the interface with a default route...
Any hint on how to get rid of that problem ?
(apart having another box that listens only on a public ip and then
connect them via IAX ;-> )

...ltiple (2) responses received for a query on subnet 141.43.132.151 for name AET<1d>.
This response was from IP 141.43.132.161, reportingan IP address of 0.0.0.0.
...
141.43.132.161 is the WINS server (also a samba server).
Following the advice on this list, I checked that the server is not
dualhomed and also tried to hardcode the interface:
interfaces = 141.43.132.161/26
bind interfaces only = yes
but to now avail.
I have traced the packages and I clearly see two answers to one request
(that seem to be identical, BTW).
A level 5 trace of nmbd shows, that indeed the nmbd process thinks to
