I think I have an error in my smb.conf file for this server as I have
had an issue in the past with domian master when I switched from an
older member server to this newer one.
My smb.conf (slightly sanitized.):

I have two DC's running Samba 4.5.0 and the "dtdc03" log.samba is
showing the following:

administrator does not have permission
While attempting to check 'profiles' user permissions on my member server I
discovered that (for some reason) I did not have a krb5.conf file (on
member.) Resolved that issue. Then find that the keytab file is missing.
