Function IMPORT and Local channels
Hi all
These questions were asked back in 2009 at lists.digium.com and got unanswered:
- Has someone been successful in using IMPORT on a Local channel ?
- Is there a known limitation in doing so ?
I run into the same problem.
${IMPORT(Local/1234 at example-abcd;2,CALLERID(dstchannel))} returns nothing.
But I can read the dstchannel for it into the CDR.
Asterisk is 11.7.0~dfsg-1ubuntu1

Master.csv missing dstchannels values
Hi,
I'm currently building an report query for Asterisk (based on the Master.csv file).
In some rows there are missing values for dstchannel where lastapp is "Queue" and lastdata equals the queue name I'm interested in.
Pleas guide me, are the rows including the missing dstchannel values equal to calls hanged up by the caller in queue and never bridged to a agent?
Many thanks!

SIP devide call-forward behaviour and CDRs
...rio where some data appears to
be "lost"
Call from SIP/100 to SIP/200, but the SIP/200 device is programmed to
send a redirect to extension 1234. chan_sip creates a
Local/1234 at context call, which has its own CDR.
In 1.2, the CDR records look something like:
1) channel=SIP/100 dstchannel=Local/1234 at context-deadbeef,1
2) channel=Local/1234 at context-deadbeef,2 dstchannel=DAHDI/1-1
This allowed the 2 Local/... values to be matched and the 2 legs of
the call can be correctly billed.
In 1.6, the CDR data is different:
1) channel=SIP/100 dstchannel=DAHDI/1-1

mISDN ports and dstchannel CDR logging
Hi All
I have noticed that when calling over mISDN channels the call itself is
made over the channels listed in misdn.conf eg: 1,2,3,4 as misdn/1,
misdn/2, misdn/3, misdn/4 etc.
However, when looking through the CDR's the call gets logged as misdn/0,
misdn/1, misdn/2, misdn/3, misdn/4, misdn/5 etc. I also noted that
busy, failed, congested calls link mainly to misdn/0. The only logic I

Why do CDR dstchannel have a strange number after them? IAX2/XXXX-????
Hi all
I am just confused as to why Asterisk appends a strange number after the
Channel and Extension number. This moght be obvious to some people but I
have no idea why??
Eg: IAX2/100-9123
Where does the -9123 come from?? and can I ditch it? I have made a work
around to substring it out using SQL for when doing logs, but I would like
to know what it is and if I can remove it.

CDR MYSQL missing field data
Hello,
I have Asterisk-1.8.3.2, dahdi-linux-complete-2.4.1+2.4.1, and
libpri-1.4.11.5 installed and running on a Ubuntu 10.04 server all built
from source.
Everything is working nicely except one small issue.
The CDR records are stored in the CSV file correctly and complete.
The MySQL storage is working as it should and is automatically updating
all the fields except the CLID field.
I have

checking CDR
Hello Asterisk Community,
Is there a way to check in asterisk cdrs and extension forwarded?
I mean, i'm calling to a ISDN number, wich goes to extension 8222, but
this extension is forwarded to another one, the problem is that in
CDRs i am able to see the the first step of the call, but never see
the forwarded extension, how can i do that?
Thanks!
