...from my Linux pc. I have cygwin installed
on the win98 and NT. Rsync is version 2.4.6 Is it just because Win9x

Also where can I get a list of environment variables that I can use? I
didn't see a list of them in the MAN or readme.
Thanks

I have 5 windows workstations and 1 computer running
freebsd 4.4
I want to install rsync on the freebsd computer so I
can use it to backup some files/documents on my

Block Size
What is the default block size? I have a few files 30+mb and data is just added to the end of them. It seems like it takes longer to sync them that it was to send it initially. Should I change the block size or something else? I am running:
rsync -z -e ssh *.* user@linuxbox:data/
I need to use ssh because I am going over the internet and sending "company data".

ssh authentication
I am using rsync with ssh and have 12 winNT servers all called Server. Can
I put all the rsa/dsa keys from each of them into authorized_keys2? Will it
look through all of them till it finds one that matches the particular
server? Or will it stop on the first one that is Administrator@SERVER?
Also all of these servers only have dialup (56k modem) access. Would
