Raster images from sweave
Is it possible to get sweave to produce raster (eg. png/jpg) plot
images? I'm writing a vignette that contains plots with tens of
thousands of points which results in very large pdf files (13 megs
before compression).

First boot asterisk -vvvvvgcn segfaults
....so[b73da000+15c000]
Any ideas? I wasn't able to find any solutions to a "first time boot" on
google, mostly just segfaults that people were getting when trying
asterisks functionality.
