Digium G.729 codec binaries updated for Asterisk 1.4 beta
The x86 and x86_64 Digium G.729 codec binaries have been updated for use with the Asterisk 1.4 beta (which should also work on current svn trunk). Anybody that is using the older modules with the 1.4 beta (or svn trunk newer than several days ago) is strongly encouraged to upgrade immediately, to avoid potential issues. -- Jason Parker Digium

Mimic something like layout on a smaller scale?
I need to add various header and footer dressings around groups of form fields for GUI goodness, and am wondering if there''s already something out there that will suit my needs. These headers/footers have special properties for display(title, help links, etc...). I want to be able to easily take advantage of the existing HTML helper methods provided for controllers, in a mini-layout type

Processor Size
...eone give me an idea of the processor power I will need for 1 x TDM240 with 2xquad FXO's and 8 sip phones/ATA's on a quite 100Mbit LAN. Two web servers on DMZ zone with private ad dresses. How to?
That log message looks like someone (or some program) is trying to browse to moreover.com from your web server machine--it''s not a reply to an external request. You''d see messages like that if you were running some sort of HTTP proxy server (like Squid) on that box (although they''d likely be to multiple IPs, unless your users only browsed to p.moreover.com). It could

Hello R-philes: I have the following function that gets the output of mget() and converts it to a data frame to return. What I am finding is that the dimensions are wrong. Basically, I get: bridesmaid wed u see m gt lt like love X.0 dress pagetrack one go X3 get 1 56 35 27 30 24 20 20 23 28 17 25 16 16 28 15 26 Instead, I want something like: [1] bridesmaid

I would like to use Photomatix Pro 3.1.3 on my WINE install. I was able to successfully install it after installing corefonts and .NET 2.0 using winetricks. Why the last "which" in the following example doesn't work? Is there a simple way to identify the indices of array elements that meet multiple criteria? Thanks. How does Norvergence do it ?
So a guy shows up at the the office, after making an appointment with the office manager / receptionist to talk 'phone systems'. After her eyes glaze over, with him talking T1 and Frame-Relay I get to see him. He's from Norvergence. Well dressed. Tells me they can do a T1 for $79, with unlimited local & long distance for free. It also does 'internet'. 'Just give me copies of your phone bill'. I ask some questions, like number porting, like provisioning of DID numbers, like CIR on the data etc. Now HIS eyes glaze over...
