Double-quoted query with "and" fails.
Hi,
We''re using Ferret 0.9.4 and we''ve observed the following behavior.
Searching for ''fieldname: foo and bar'' works fine while ''fieldname:

Gents,
I installed ferret successfully in my MacOS (rails development) using
the gem install. I did some tests and everything worked fine.
Then I tried to install it on the same way on my production environment
at TextDrive? running OpenSolaris? (container). This time ''gem install
ferret'' seems to be completed:

Polling? If "some of [them] do not come up for quite a while" it would
not be a problem to add another couple of seconds, I guess....
