[LLVMdev] External function 'pthread_once' could not be resolved
Hi LLVM'ers,
I'm trying to build the DotGNU project with the LLVM-tools.
After minor modifications of source and build code and some configure
housekeeping, it seems that I've managed so far to build all the DotGNU
tools. However, when extensively using the DotGNU tools I get this error
message:

ActiveLDAP maintain user connection
Hi, I''ve just started to do some work using ActiveLDAP and Rails. I''ve
managed to get some basic login code that works to authenticate users,
but I would like to be able to maintain that connection for the User
Model so that the ACL''s in LDAP for each user will be used correctly as
the various controller queries are made. I haven''t quite sorted out how

[LLVMdev] Status of poolalloc, and in particular DSA
...e poolalloc trunk track LLVM
trunk until we're ready to move to the next LLVM version. However, that
policy decision is up for discussion, so if people need/want poolalloc
to track trunk, please email the list.
Regarding robustness, DSA should be working well. I used it when
compiling the DotGNU C# compiler earlier this year and got it to work.
As far as ability to infer types and disambiguate pointers, I am
unsure. I don't know when SMACK started using DSA, but we noticed a few
years ago that DSA's ability to infer types had diminished.
Investigation showed that some LLVM opt...

[LLVMdev] Status of poolalloc, and in particular DSA
Hi all,
I've been using LLVM in my software analysis projects for quite a few
years now, and several years back I relied on results of DSA analysis
in my SMACK tool for checking C programs.
At some point that part of SMACK got deprecated, but now I would like
to revisit it since it was working quite well.
Therefore, I would like to learn what's the status of the poolalloc
project, and

Hi Chris,
Just in case that this information does not get corrupted I want to
point to the issue:
In http://llvm.org/devmtg/2008-08/Geoffray_VMKitProject.pdf it is on
page 21: "VMKit, Mono, PNet", Array bounds checks.
In http://hal.inria.fr/docs/00/35/45/77/PDF/RR-6799.pdf it is on page
17: "We compare N3 with Mono [9] version 1.2.6, and PNet version 0.7.4

.NET problems
A friend of mine has aske me to put this question up here. He is trying
to install A program called Tablesmith (www.mythosa.net, if you're
interested) - a utility for role-players. His problem, in his own words, is
"I'm doing a Linux install. The only problem I have is that the
initializer is asking for .NET v2.0.50727 while the .NET I was able to
download is 2.0. Is there a
