Minor inconsistencies in tools:::funAPI()
Hi all, I've noticed some peculiarities in the tools:::funAPI output that complicate its programmatic use a bit. - Is it for remapped symbol names (with Rf_ or the Fortran underscore), or for unmapped names (without Rf_ or the underscore)? I see that the functions marked in WRE are almost all (except Rf_installChar and Rf_installTrChar) unmapped. This makes a lot of sense because some

RC1 and advanced voice mail options
The advanced voice mail options in RC1 is not providing any functionality except "4 - place outgoing call" and "* - return to mail menu". Below is a sample line from voice mail.conf: 210 => 234,test1,test@dotality.com,,|attach=no|cid=yes|review=yes The is a rew install from the tgz file. No patched have been made to the source code. I did try to apply the advanced10 patches but all diffs failed to apply. Below is the complete voicemail.conf file. Any help would be appreciated. David dfilion@dotality....

Minor inconsistencies in tools:::funAPI()
Hi Ivan Can you please clarify what input files should be used with your proposed function? I tried a few files in r-svn/src/include and one of them gave me an error. > getdecl("~/R/r-svn/src/include/R.h") [1] "R_FlushConsole" "R_ProcessEvents" "R_WaitEvent" > getdecl("~/R/r-svn/src/include/Rdefines.h") Error in regmatches(lines,

[PATCH v2 00/18] Replace many more uses of the Str module with PCRE.
v1 was here: https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2017-September/msg00135.html This is a more complete evolution of the earlier patch. It replaces most important uses of Str with PCRE throughout the code. It also extends the bindings with some useful features like case-insensitive regexps. The main places I *didn't* touch are the generator (GObject uses Str extensively); and

Asterisk crashes my router!?
Hi, Does anybody else have problems like this. I'm in the UK with a 1mb ADSL service from Eclipse. I have a Draytek Vigour 2600 ADSL router. My * box is configured with a public IP address which is presented on one of the switch ports on the rear of the router. When there is some SIP activity, incoming mainly, towards my * box, the router will lockup after a short period?! I've tried

[PATCH v2 0/3] v2v: add -o json output mode
This series adds a new output mode for virt-v2v, called -o json. It produces local files, just like -o local, although the metadata produced is a JSON file with data that v2v collected in the conversion process. This can be useful for converting to unsupported destinations, still based on QEMU/KVM. In addition to a simple different metadata, it offers a way to relocate the disks, with

How does Asterisk choose the CDr backend to use?
Hi, I'm trying to understand how Asterisk chooses the backend it's going to use for storing CDRs. For example, if PostgreSQL, MySQL, and FreeTDS are installed, how does Asterisk know which one to choose? Does it choose which ever one is configured are forget about the rest or will it send a CDR to each configured backend? (I'd just go ahead and try it but I don't have an

[PATCH v3 00/22] Replace almost all uses of the Str module with PCRE.
v1: https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2017-September/msg00135.html v2: https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2017-September/msg00158.html v3 is almost identical to v2, but I have added 4 extra commits to almost finish the job of replacing Str everywhere possible (note it's not possible to replace Str in common/mlstdutils or the generator because those are pure OCaml). Rgeneric.py assists in rearranging generic function definitions
I've attached a script I wrote that pulls all the setGeneric definitions out of a set of R files and puts them in a separate file, default allGenerics.R. I thought it might help others who find themselves in a similar situation. The "situation" was that I had to change the order in which files in my package were parsed; the scheme in which the generic definition is in the

Asterisk & Festival, not a happy couple
Hello, I'm in the process of trying to get Festival to work with Asterisk. I followed the install process at http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+festival+installation. To get the Festival to compile I had to add the patch described in the comments. Once added, Festival and the Speech tools compiled without error. How ever, when ever I try to call the test extension, I get a busy
