to be the "DTMF" - or something as there is no file created during the
call and there is obviously no file after the call. Disabling the DTMF
in /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf causes the line (incoming call) not to be
picked up by asterisk. Going back to a bug report, setting
CFLAGS+=-DOLD_DSP_ROUTINES in the asterisk Makefile and doing a complete
recompile yealds the same results. Under Debian, GhostScript is
installed and libtiff giving me the required binaries to create a tiff
and then to convert it into a pdf.

Zap Channels Hang
Hi, i have an asterisk box running with E100P (E1) line as PSTN gw.
Sometimes zap channels hang and i couldn't make any PSTN calls but SIP
calls are still fine. When this happens I also couldn't restart/reload
asterisk from the CLI. I have to kill the asterisk process and run
safe_asterisk again. any ideas?

dreaded Caller*ID failed checksum
Caller*ID used to work as some point, but I can't seem to get it going
these days. The card is a x101p. I've tried going up and down the
rxgain scale. Can the txgain effect it at all? When I plug in a phone
into the line with a splitter it can decode caller id with no problems.
Reading through the mailing list archives hasn't given me any
move clues. Any ideas?
