File\Directory not healing
...dn't receive my last e-mail. Use getfattr and identify if the gfid mismatch. If yes, move away the mismatched one. I am not try to enable the use of the Dovecot Master user through Director into the backend servers. a.) username is being sent as masteruser*username b.) request hits the proxy and authenticates, and then is passed to the backend servers and fails auth. - logs

Determining vulnerability to issues described by SAs

I'm fairly new to FreeBSD, so I may just be missing something here--is there a reliable way to determine if a system is patched according to a particular security advisory? Director DNS
Hello, I am currently running 2.2.31. I have a cluster of dovecot instances running in AWS. - Two instances running Director/Proxy - Two instances running Dovecot. -- Storage for the Dovecot instances is EFS. My setup works, requests for 143 hit my Director cluster and are proxied to an appropriate dovecot backend. My question is how often if at all the Director service looks up the addresses

arima fails when called from command line
I'm sure there is no consistent way to reproduce this, but I'm hoping someone has some information. I have a time series we'll call y. The data gets updated every day, so I run a cron job that fits and predicts from an arima(0,0,1) X (1,1,1)_7 model. When I open R and run the script, it processes completely. If I call the script via a crontab entry R --no-save --slave <

Compiling python_ext ?
Using samba-2.999+3.0.alpha21 (debian unstable source package), I can't get the python modules to compile correctly. The problem seems to be that py_common.c and py_smb.c declare global_myname as an extern pstring, while it is defined in include/proto.h as const char *global_myname(void). Changing the definition in the two files allows it to compile, but "from samba import smb" then

Disabling symlink following client side?
Is there any way to specify in smb.conf that you don't want to follow symbolic links, or to somehow disable this in smbclient? I have an smb file indexer, and whenever it hits a linux box with a symlink pointing to the current directory, it creates thousands of extra entries. I'd like to be able to simply not follow symbolic links, as I have no way of disabling the "follow
