Probably obvious but ...
I am fairly sure that no one else is dumb enough to try this but just in case.
I generally run dnetc on most of my machines. I installed it in my latest
machine that runs xen in dom0. I noticed that when I booted up a domU it was
taking *forever*. I checked all my disk speeds and it ended up being caused
by .... you guessed it dnetc. I figured it was only taking up spare cycles
but apparently...

Another icecast2 question
...ke up the full cpu hasnt even been getting a chance
(though it is niced to 20)

It should take little to no cpu (I haven't yet tested it with enough users
to take it above... 0.1% cpu?), so there's a serious problem here.

Mosix?
Has anyone tried Asterisk on a MOSIX cluster? My concern is if there is any adiitonal laltency when when the processes are moved from on node to another. Anyone tried it yet?

login reporting (utmp?) problem on Linux
I have recently compiled and installed openssh-2.1.1p1 on a linux box.
The login reporting does not seem to work properly.
When logging into the box via ssh (protocol 1) utmp shows the user logged
in and the tty properly, but the field for the login date/time and the
field for originating host contain all NULLs.
Is anyone else seeing this same behavior, or have I just done something

openssh 2.2, fbsd 4.2: incoming data hangs sshd on tty

on my console were typical of what you see at the last stages of a bootup:

A few minutes later, I lost all Internet connectivity. The LAN and telnet
