Hello, Does anyone have a guide for setting up an nfs server for unattended deployment of centos5? Basically what i want to do is boot a system from CD media, pass a boot parameter nfs, and ks= options then walk away, the box goes out to the nfs server, finds the kickstart file, reads, and does it. Hello, I've got two streams, one for broadband, one for dialup. Well, having had occation to use a dialup connection recently i checked the dialup stream. Although it was streaming what the broadband stream was, the audio quality was audibly worse. It didn't buffer, but it didn't sound as clear as the broadband stream. I've been running a stream using a 48Kbps ogg (i'm sure I could push it lower too...) and it sounds to me and other people pretty much just as "nice" as a 128Kbps mp3. I was and went to remove the previous kernel and kernel-devel packages v2.6.18.53 also from centosplus. Hello, I've got a CentOS 5 box. I want to install the uucp rpm to give access to the cu command. I do a yum -y install uucp and yum is hanging on the transaction test. Hello, I ran a yum update on a centos 5 machine. I then removed some old kernel files, 2.6.x.14 and 2.6.x.10 older kernels. The issue is i got the error "Grub can not create template". I checked /boot and it is now empty. If i reboot this box it certainly will have an issue. I'm running the latest kernel 2.6.x.15 i believe it is. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks.
