Setting of DISPLAY Variable - Patch

I'm using the following Patch now
(Works for AIX 4.3.3, I'll check other AIX Versions, Solaris and Linux later)
configure --with-cppflags=-DLOCALHOST_IN_DISPLAY
activates the change
