Seasonal weekly average
Hi, I am fairly new to 'R' and would like advice on the following. I want to calculate a weekly average number of reports (e.g. of flu, norovirus) based on the same weeks for the last five years. I will then use this to plot a chart with 52 points for the average based on the last five years; another line will then plot the current year, enabling a comparison of current weekly counts

RTP session traversing Asterisk server ...
I've been reading up on the SIP and related (SDP/RTP) RFC's and as I would expect the RTP session should ideally be between the two end points of the call, in my case the AS5300 and the 7940 which are connected on the same VLAN as the Asterisk server. When I sniff the packets on the VLAN I find that all RTP packets are being relayed by the Asterisk server causing increased load on the

Security issue: How to report it privately to the maintainers?
Hi, There is a security issue in rsync that needs to be disclosed to the team. Similar issues in other tools have CVEs of high severity assigned to them, and rsync has such an issue as well. I would like to enable the rsync maintainers to be aware of, and hopefully to fix the issue. I know of it since about 15 years back and assume it has been there more or less from the beginning, but I failed

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] Compiling Multiple Files
James, Sure. I want to inline functions in a C program that has no external node, or "main". So the "top" function is not main and there does not exist a main in the file. Thanks. Zap X100P oscillation
Has anyone seen this problem before? I have a server with a single X100P card. The audio level is a low, but if I raise the gain to more than -2db (Rx + Tx) it starts to oscillate in an echo test. Not at a high frequency but with a noise that is best described as a steam engine starting up. It then starts to clip and crackle. If I bring the gain down to Rx=-2.0 and Tx=0.0 or lower then it settles

[EXT] Fix builds on MacOS Mojave [patch]
Hi I have macports, but I'm not directly using it - it's just being found by the build process somehow. The failure shows that /opt/... is being used, but that usage seems broken or incomplete. Reg: Rgraphviz installation
Hi, Could you guide me to upload Rgraphviz library. I have installed Graphviz 2..20.3.1 , even followed the instructions in Read me, but I cannot load the package. I believe it might actually. Do you know if it's possible to inline functions without an external node? It doesn't appear to be so. [LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] Compiling Multiple Files
James, Thanks. It wouldn't take the LTO option; however, I can get it to inline using -cppgen=inline. However, when I run clang the second time it gives me an error, stating that it expects a top level entity. I think I've run into this issue before. Any ideas?
