...oubles started: not one domU bootet sucessfully, all of them showed the following messages: ... register_blkdev: cannot get major 8 for sd ... Volume group "VGsys" not found before they finally fail So I though, I set up a new domU using dirinstall, but this script fails also, actually dirinstall_finish fails. Ok, we still got vm-install, but that fails too. So I set up a basic image using suse studio hard disk image, dd-ed this to a lvm volume, but that fails too. I am out of options for now. Could it be suse 11.2 is messed up? I would really appreciate someone confirm a succesful install of...
