Edit request for DirectoryServerSetup
Hi,
I'd like to make (or request) a change to
http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/DirectoryServerSetup.
This still lists the testing repository as the current location for the
centos-ds packages. However, as of May 2009, they are now in the extras
repository[1].
It would be nice to add some additional quick steps to this page as
well, such as running ds-admin-setup.pl, registering with another mas...

In the item: 2. Directory Services
I think I can put my manual under the one entitled "Setting up CentOS

==> C?mo Instalar CentOS Directory Server en CentOS 5
If I'm missing some data, please tell me.
Thanks.

requires at least CentOS 5.3 because it requires the OpenJDK packages
that are new since 5.3. There are currently no plans to build CDS for
CentOS 4.
More information on how to install CDS and where to find documentation

ApacheDS vs OpenLDAP
Hi all,
Wondering if any of you have thoughts/experiences with ApacheDS?
We've all had trials and tribulations regarding OpenLDAP and while its
basically working pretty well in a master/slave relationship, ApacheDS
claims more robust replication, etc...
Granted I am working with the version bundled with CentOS, I do
understand that the latest OpenLDAP is wayyyyyyy betterrrr :)
