Hello everybody, I have installed SAMBA 4.8.3 as Active Directory. Everything is fine but i have problem with Hyper-V servers. There is few servers with Hyper-V Core. Servers of course are member of domain. But i don't have access from computer trough Hyper-V console. How can I configure my environment, to work properly??

Is it possible to authenticate against Active Directory, using the whole e-mail address and not the user part (%n), so that if you support mutiple domains, all users should authenticate with their e-mail addresses. I actually posted about this here on samba list about it last year, but nobody caught interest. I used to have logs from samba and wireshark, which very nicely showed what's wrong (kerberos request was for SPN  eg. "Hyper-V Replication Service/Servername.mydomain.com" and in samba log there was an error with something like "Hyper-V\ Replication \Service.. not found".

Hi I'm trying to figure out how to set default_mail_env to support such config: INBOX is in '/var/mail/%u/' (note last slash at the end, %u is an folder with new/tmp/cur subdirs - standard maildir structure). ...ssh to the Ubuntu box using its virtual IP. The connection establishes well, I can ping FreeBSD and Ubuntu virtual IPs in both directions, no problems so far. But when I use any shell commands which have significant text output, the ssh connection just hangs. For example, if I list files in a small direcotry (5-10) it lists them, If i list a bigger directory it hangs. It also hangs on other commands, like top. Interestingly enough, I tried to do that in the opposite direction - connected via ssh to FreeBSD box virtual IP from Ubuntu box, and I could not find a command which could hang the connection....
