[LLVMdev] understanding DAG: node creation
..._______________________________ From: Dmitri Kovalenko [dmitri.a.kovalenko at gmail.com] Sent: 31 August 2014 21:53 To: Sam Parker Cc: llvmdev at cs.uiuc.edu Subject: Re: [LLVMdev] understanding DAG: node creation Sam, thanks for your answer. That's a great suggestion. And excuse me for maybe dilettante question: To hard-code use of the global register means to hard-code it in the 'asm string' argument of the instruction definition in the .td file? 2014-09-01 0:44 GMT+04:00 Sam Parker <S.Parker3 at lboro.ac.uk<mailto:S.Parker3 at lboro.ac.uk>>: Hi Dmitri, If you have such a...

[LLVMdev] understanding DAG: node creation
Hi Dmitri, If you have such a simple intrinsic which operates on a single register, just lower the intrinsic to a target specific node which is only implemented by a single instruction. Like you were doing before and by using a chain operand. Hard code the instruction to use and define the global register and only pass the instruction the actual variable argument. Hope that helps, Sam Sam

OK, ok, let's put an end to this thread. We are all dilettantes and further discussion would be just a waster of time, as is everywhere in online forums. Fortunately I don't have critical tasks to run on linux. Thank everyone for your involvement. Hope I can find the link to quit here. On 1/17/2015 1:11 PM, Scott Dowdle wrote: > Greetings, > >...

using the design matrix to correctly configure contrasts
...ociated with. But exactly how this information can be used to ascribe contrasts of interest remains beyond my understanding, especially where interaction is concerned. Googling for days didn't yield the help i was looking for. Can some one point me to a detailed explanation (suitable for R dilettantes) how to specify any contrast of interest given a design matrix? For anyone really needing some diversion, i'd *really* appreciate a personal explanation using my design as an example. update killed my x
X server, that is (as opposed to my ex-spouse...) Anyway, I was loving life with my rebuilt 2.4.21-9.0.1.EL.c0custom041130a kernel, and then ran "yum update", which gave me a grub line for 2.4.21-20.0.1EL, but the 21-20 not only won't work with the old X settings, I can't get it to set up X at all. I tried running "yum update" from a console on this kernel, but yum

Introduce yourself and your project -- Round 2
On December 14th, 2004 David Heinemeier Hansson sent this to the mailing list: I''m seeing a lot of new names on the list. Could we perhaps do a round of introductions? That would also be a great first post, if you haven''t had a chance to contribute yet. The basics should include your name, your organization, your country and city, and the project you''re
